It’s a very simple regime of one capsule per day in the morning. You can take it on an empty stomach with a glass of water.
Is NiaSun right for me?
NiaSun can be taken by anybody, whether you want an effective defense against aging or you’re just looking for something to boost energy, performance, and overall wellbeing. A recent clinical study demonstrated that NR supplementation is safe and can effectively increase the concentration of NAD+. As a highly effective NAD+ precursor, NR has been shown to restore declining NAD+ levels to support cellular function. Working from a cellular level, NiaSun may be the key to preserving and restoring your health.
